Order is typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak season or promotion periods.
2.Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship orders within the United States using standard and expedited delivery services. Shipping options and costs will be presented at checkout.

-Expedited Shipping:3-7 business days

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package online.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Biolar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Re-shipping fees for returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
6.Delays & Lost Packages
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors. If your package appears to be lost, contact us at bibiolarshop@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
